This facility will allow you to search for applications in the areas of South Kesteven, Rushcliffe and Newark & Sherwood. 

Please note a search will only provide you with the application number and relevant dates, no documentation is available via this link.  

If you require a more in depth search we can assist, however there is a fee involved, this would include a copy of the Completion Certificate and/or Building Regulations Decision Notice if required and if one was issued. 

Our fees are as follows: 

Where a Building control reference number is provided: £35.00 

Where a Building control reference number is not provided: £75.00 

Fees are per address and the standard response time is 20 day however, should you require a response within 48 hours our fee is £93.00. 

Please note we are required to keep documents for 15 years only from the date of completion, therefore should the search not provide any results this fee is non-refundable.
