If the work(s) proposed do not appear in the tables above or relate to two or more categories the Building Control fee will be individually determined based on the extent and nature of the proposed works.  

Individually determined fees are quoted based on the information provided and reasonably anticipated time required to register, check and inspect the work sufficiently to ensure its compliance with the Building Regulations in force at the time the works are approved or carried out.
